How long will it take before I receive my order?
Typically, your order will arrive within 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please be aware that larger or heavier items may require a specialized courier, resulting in a delivery window of 4 to 8 business days. The shipping company may contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. In cases where you have ordered multiple items or products that are shipped in multiple parcels, the delivery dates may vary. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email with courier and/or tracking information for your reference.
Do you ship to islands or remote parts of the country?
Shipping is currently available only for the UK Mainland and (Northern) Ireland, as per courier restrictions. Please note that this excludes delivery to islands, including but not limited to the Channel Islands, Hebrides, Northern Isles, Isle of Man, and the Upper Highlands.
What are your delivery and return costs?
Delivery within the UK is always free of charge. Similarly, returns are also at no cost as long as you follow our provided return instructions and use our dedicated carrier.
What happens when I am not at home for delivery?
Someone will need to sign for the delivery, although it doesn’t necessarily have to be you. The shipping company may request your neighbor to sign for the parcel(s) and leave it with them, if you are unavailable. In case of missed deliveries, a card with instructions on where to locate your parcel(s) and the next steps to take will be left. If the parcel is not successfully delivered on the second or third attempt, it will be stored at the shipping company’s depot, giving you a few days to pick it up before it is returned to us.”
