Return Policy

Faulty or Damaged items

If you happen to receive a defective or damaged product, rest assured that we will gladly arrange for the item to be collected and either replaced or fully refunded. To initiate the return process, please notify us by email within 30 working days of receiving the item. While in some instances we may require the item to be returned to us, we will promptly reimburse any additional postage costs incurred by you.

Distance Selling Regulations – Unwanted items

As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers have the option to return unwanted items to us within 30 working days. To initiate the return process, customers must notify us by email within 30 working days of receiving the unwanted item, as failure to do so may render the return unacceptable. Please be aware that customers are responsible for the return costs of unwanted items. We regret to inform you that in the unfortunate event that the courier responsible for returning the item damages it, we will be unable to issue a refund for your order. We kindly request that you ensure the item is appropriately packaged and secured to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Unwanted Items – returning outside of 30 days

Please note that returns for items no longer required or for incorrect orders outside of the 30-day returns period will not be accepted.

Kindly be aware that we are unable to process or accept returns in person, as our location is on private land that does not allow unauthorized access. All returns must be authorized beforehand and arranged through a courier service. Any attempts to return a parcel in person will unfortunately be declined.
